Bellingham Mews is a mixed use regeneration project (14 mews houses, 4 flats and 2 commercial units) that will create an iconic,high quality new housing and work spaces in the borough of Lewisham.
The site comprises a large yard area with 3 buildings in advanced stage of dilapidation, believed to have been erected in the 1970s and 1980s.
Artifex Group and Kirkwood McCarthy Architects have developed the proposal for the development of Bellingham Mews since August 2018. The planning permission was granted in October 2019. This scheme will regenerate an underused brownfield site providing high quality housing including much needed family sized housing and affordable housing with modern work spaces in the Borough of Lewisham.
The construction will start in Q1 2020 and is expected to be completed by Q1 2021.
